The mission of the Forum in Leadership Initiatives (FLI) is to inspire and empower high school students with valuable leadership skills and knowledge. Students will leave the conference with a broader knowledge of different career paths they can pursue, of different leadership styles in the respective fields, and a better understanding of their own personal leadership skills.
