Nakul is a junior living in Eliot House and concentrating in Applied Math. Nakul is from Long Island. Other than LIHC, Nakul is involved in Model United Nations, PBHA’s Frankling After School Program, and serves as a mentor for the Crimson Summer Academy. He loves playing FIFA and chilling with friends. |
Anne Warnke
Anne is a sophomore in Kirkland House from Brooklyn, New York City. She has not declared her concentration but plans to major in History and Literature with a citation in Spanish. Also on campus, she is involved in the International Relations Council and various Model United Nations activities and volunteers with the Small Claims Advisory Service. In her free time, she likes to read, relax, and hang out with friends. |

“Louis is a junior interested in economics and psychology. He comes from the small city of Ansonia, Connecticut. His other interests besides LIHC include baseball, politics, finance, and watching almost any sporting event. He is also an active member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.” |
Amanda Fang
Amanda is a sophomore in Quincy who was born in New York, raised in Hong Kong/Beijing and finished school in the United Kingdom. She hopes to concentrate in Social Anthropology and a citation in Chinese. Apart from LIHC, she is also a Marketing Associate for Harvard China Forum, a member of the Varsity Rugby Team, a counsellor for the Mission Hill After School Program and a sister in Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. |
You-Myeong Kim
You-Myeong is a junior in Kirkland concentrating in Economics with a secondary in Computer Science. He currently lives in White Plains, New York. He had a great experience with Harvard Leads program, and this inspired him to join LIHC committee. He hopes to share this experience with many by being involved with LIHC. |
Ali Dastjerdi
Ali is a freshman interested in studying statistics. Beyond being a member of LIHC SD, Ali is a member of the Harvard Debate Council and a Manager at Harvard Student Agencies. He is a tech nerd and appreciates a good game of Super Smash Bros. |
Adham Bedir
Adham is a freshman living in Weld and comes from the small city of Mansoura, Egypt. He wants to study Government with a secondary in Economics, and he is interested in the field of international relations and foreign policy. Beyond LIHC, Adham is involved with the International Relations Council, the Social Innovation Initiative, and the institute of politics. In his free time, you’ll probably find Adham in the gym or hanging around with friends. |
Ashhab Thakur
Ashhab is a freshman from Fort Myers, Florida, living in Lionel Hall. He intends to concentrate in Chemical and Physical Biology with a secondary in Economics. Apart from LIHC, Ashhab is an associate editor for the Health Policy Review, the Director of Communications for the Institute of Politics’ Fellows Program, and an analyst for Consulting on Business and the Environment. Previously, Ashhab served as the National President of Mu Alpha Theta, the high school mathematics honor society. |
Flora DiCara
Flora is a freshman in Wigglesworth from Boston. In addition to being a member of LIHC SD, Flora serves as the director of content for Village to Raise a Child, conducts research at HBS, is a CBE analyst, and is active in Harvard’s entrepreneurship community. Outside of Harvard, she is a student fellow at .406 ventures, and is a fellow at the Kairos Society who started her first company in high school. Flora is looking forward to being a part of the LIHC community and making the organization the best it can be through new partnerships and increased sponsorships. |
